Through a combination of innovative programs such as Recovery + Resiliency and Amare Wellness\, Mission 22 addresses the multifaceted challenges faced by veterans dealing with post-traumatic stress (PTS)\, traumatic brain injury (TBI)\, and military sexual trauma (MST). By fostering a community of support and leveraging science-based wellness approaches\, Mission 22 empowers veterans to overcome personal obstacles and embark on a journey towards healing and resilience.\n\n \n\nAbout the Speaker\n\nJess Roux\, Donor Development Manager\, Mission 22\, "comes from many generations of veterans that have served in every battle since the revolutionary war. Her father was a Vietnam Navy veteran and both grandfathers served in the Army on the frontlines of Germany and the South Pacific. She has seen firsthand the effects of war and the impact it can have on the whole family. She shares our passion to help our warriors heal and views her job daily as an honor and a privilege.\n\n \n\nJess has worn many hats in her life but the one she is most proud of is being a mom to 4 boys. The oldest actively serving our country in the Air Force and the second on his way to serving in the National Guard. She is passionate about exploring and hiking this amazing creation\, long drives with no destination\, and photographing it all along the way."
