Speaker Bio
Ben Jagim brings a unique blend of business ownership, diplomacy, and leadership training to his work with leaders and teams. He holds a Master’s Degree in International Affairs with concentrations in diplomacy and intelligence from Texas A&M. His career spans more than a decade in small business ownership, account management, and leadership development.
Ben’s expertise includes cross-cultural communication, high-stakes conflict resolution, negotiation, and youth leadership development. His experience teaching English and working with the U.S. State Department in China strengthened his skills in connecting across cultures and navigating complex challenges. Living with hypermobility also taught him the importance of resilience and mindset in overcoming adversity.
With a passion for helping others “burn bright, not out,” Ben equips leaders to build the trust that inspires action and unlocks potential.
