Leading with Strengths

On October 16, 2024, at 12 Noon, Marie K. Russo will present to the Rotary Club of San Dimas on Leading with Strengths.  “Leading with Strengths” is a transformative presentation centered on leveraging the Gallup Strengths framework to empower individuals and teams. Grounded in the philosophy that focusing on strengths leads to greater engagement, productivity, and overall satisfaction, this presentation guides participants on a journey of self-discovery and growth. Through an exploration of their unique strengths, attendees gain valuable insights into their natural talents and how to harness them effectively in both personal and professional contexts.
 
Drawing upon the Gallup StrengthsFinder assessment, participants uncover their top strengths and learn how to leverage them to achieve their goals and lead with authenticity. By understanding their innate talents and recognizing the strengths of others, individuals are equipped to build stronger relationships, foster collaboration, and drive success. Through practical strategies and real-world examples, this presentation empowers leaders to cultivate environments where everyone can thrive by embracing and maximizing their strengths
 
Marie is a Certified Coach, trained and certified through Coach Training Alliance in Boulder, Colorado. She is also a Board Certified Holistic Health Coach, having completed her certification program through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, the world’s largest nutrition school. Additionally, Marie is a member of the International Coach Federation, as well as a certified and accredited member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. In 2013 Marie received a Certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition through the T. Colin Campbell Foundation and e-Cornell. Marie also holds a Master Certificate from Michigan State University Eli Broad College of Business in Strategic Change Management with Certificates in Strategic Negotiation, Strategic Change Leadership, Leadership Effectiveness and Workforce Management & Development.    
 
 Marie is passionate about giving back through volunteer and ministry work. In her spare time she enjoys entertaining, golf, travel and fly fishing.
