Southland Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association
On March 19, 2025, at 12:00 Noon, the Rotary Club of San Dimas will host Linda Loera, Program and Education Manager for the Southland Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association, via Zoom. Linda will provide an insightful presentation on the critical work of the Alzheimer’s Association in advancing research, support services, and advocacy efforts for those affected by Alzheimer's and other dementias.
The Alzheimer's Association leads the way in accelerating global research, supporting those living with dementia, and advocating for policy change to enhance care and resources. Their extensive programs include 24/7 Helplines, educational opportunities, support groups, clinical consultations, and vital services like the Medicalert® Wandering Support. Additionally, the Association’s commitment to research and advocacy ensures continued progress toward treatment, prevention, and ultimately a cure.
