District Governor’s Visit
District Governor’s Visit
Rotary Club of San Dimas
Wednesday, July 8, 2026 | 12:00 Noon | Via Zoom
Each year, Rotary clubs have the opportunity to hear directly from the District Governor, Rotary International’s representative for the district and the individual responsible for supporting clubs, advancing Rotary’s mission, and providing leadership throughout the region. The Rotary Club of San Dimas is honored to welcome District Governor Dennis Franklin for his official annual Governor’s Visit.
Dennis Franklin recently retired after nearly four decades in the financial services industry, concluding his career as a First Vice President–Investments with Wells Fargo Advisors. Throughout his professional life, he has combined business leadership with a deep commitment to service, nonprofit organizations, and community development. A major donor to The Rotary Foundation, Dennis has served Rotary in numerous leadership positions, including club president in both Monrovia and Glendora, Assistant Governor, Executive Assistant District Governor, District Trainer, and coordinator of district vision planning initiatives.
During this special presentation, Governor Franklin will share his vision for Rotary, provide updates on district-wide programs and initiatives, and discuss how local clubs fit into the broader mission of Rotary International. Attendees will gain a greater understanding of Rotary’s impact at the district and international levels, learn about opportunities for service and leadership, and hear about current priorities and successes throughout the district.
Whether you are a longtime Rotarian, a new member, or simply interested in learning more about Rotary’s work in our communities and around the world, this presentation offers a unique opportunity to hear directly from one of Rotary’s most experienced leaders.
Join us as we welcome District Governor Dennis Franklin and learn how Rotary continues to create lasting change through service above self.
