Harnessing Inclusive Innovation for Change
On December 3, 2025, at 12 Noon via Zoom, Dr. Karen Koepp, reinvention and innovation strategist and founder of Koepp Research Corporation, will present “Harnessing Inclusive Innovation for Change.”
Dr. Koepp works at the intersection of human judgment, systems design, and emerging technologies like AI. Her practice is rooted in the belief that innovation is no longer confined to R&D—it must include all voices, all levels, and now, AI itself. She helps clients—from solo professionals to enterprise leaders—align who they are with what the market demands next, translating lived experience into original IP and guiding leaders through AI enablement with clarity, curiosity, and humanity.
In this session, Dr. Koepp will share a practical framework for building innovation cultures that are inclusive by design—where people, processes, and technology work together to create continuous, ethical, and measurable change.
Three Areas of Focus:
• Inclusive by Design: Bringing all voices to the table—frontline to C-suite—and embedding equity into innovation cycles.
• Human + AI Judgment: Pairing human insight with AI capabilities to reduce bias, improve decisions, and accelerate responsible experimentation.
• From Ideas to Impact: Converting insight into systems—roadmaps, roles, and rituals—that sustain reinvention over time.
Rotarians will leave with actionable tools to strengthen club projects, engage diverse stakeholders, and responsibly leverage AI—while staying true to Rotary’s values of service, ethics, and community impact.
